Let's hope that some upper management gets whacked.
We have to get more knowledge up top and less corporate
Kool aid men to lead UG into 148P. There's no choice, if we are to compete.
Currently we have buffoons running UG.
This is no secret, everyone knows this.
Way too much laptop work, training, compliance, forecasting twice a month, and waiting on
Quotes makes for a huge investment of time thrown down the drain. Reps need to be back in the cysto suite selling our products.
The comp plan better not be another fu$$ job by Finance & Management.
We need to turn the morale of this company around.
Sales is thoroughly disgusted with management right now and
That is never a good thing for any sales organization.

We can only hope. Poor sales is an indication of poor leadership and low morale.We are not paid to sit home to do computer work. You hired sales people, not data entry
 






Sadly sales IS THE NEW DATA ENTRY. Problem is their sales systems suck because they let uninformed business people make system decisions.

Most of the world has encountered a paradigm shift to technology driven sales, the difference is making it user friendly and easy to use or creating an overly complex POS...Olympus LOVES developing the latter and cramming them down their salesforce's throat. That will never change.
