130 current sales openings in Novartis

It does't take much brains to drop off samples and bring in food. I'm sure there are plenty of recent grads that are capable of that. Novartis will leave just enough experienced people to pick up the slack from a very young, inexperienced person.

If you are over 40 & get (or are getting) pipped out & /or were already laid off in the last several years & come to find out you were ultimately replaced by a younger rep ...you should be bee-lining it to the EEOC as well as your own discrimination attornies

Trust me , this WILL BE the next definative judgment against those swiss cheeze hedz

I am a female who is over 40 and was layed off in December. I was in mass market with 10 years of hypertension experience selling Novartis portfolio. A few months later I found out my position was filed with a younger male who had no hypertension experience at all.
Does anyone have any information on which attorney would be best to call to start this lawsuit. I would love to be the catalyst who starts this one.

I'm an over 50 female who was recently PIPed out with nearly 20 years Novartis experience. I'm just waiting to see who replaces me. I too would like to start the next one. Perhaps Sanford, Wittels and Heisler would like another shot at them.

Already asked them & they were lukewarm at best . I have several other firms I will speak to . BTW 50 yr old male & bounced after 16 yrs while they retained a new hire w/only 8 months early 30's

I am going to place at call to our trusted attorneys who just helped all these women about the recent activities. I will post any news I get so we can get this new suit started.
My main concern is that if you signed release for severence you may have given up all your rights.

I'm a close to 50yo wm who was laid off after almost 9 years with NVS (in NS the whole time, good performance throughout my tenure). My replacement is a 30 something wf (with somewhat less experience, but certainly not a newbie). I think there's a reason why attorneys are lukewarm to pursue any action concerning this last round of downsizing.
