So here is how it works..you take a job for BIG pharma which comes with working for the MAN.
That MAN can change multiple times during your career..maybe it’s not the MAN that you wanted or you wanted to be the MAN but that’s how it is.

At the end of the day YOU are only to blame..because you weren’t MAN (or WOMAN) enough to keep your emotions out of it and just do your work and do it so well no MAN can keep you down.

Stop blaming others for your lack of emotional intelligence, start looking forward instead of backwards. MAN up and focus on your new job.
 




































Not all leadership is bad in fact some are really good people the one they speak of here are is a complete failure and has done so much damage to this great company they just don’t see it

3 reps won and he won! This is obviously the same dude from CT who can’t get over his displacement. By the way, the rep who replaced you in CT: number 1 last year so it’s a YOU thing. Giddy up
 






Ben had zero part in his reps winning just ask them, he is never in the field while all the other dM’s are out 4 days a week. How is this allowed?? ENDO look into this he is falsifying documents as well
