100% commission surgical sales job

<

I've been 100% commission for a while. As long as there is enough sales to get you started and opportunity for growth. I'll make $360-$380k this year minus expenses working 35-50 hour weeks.

Does anyone have experience with this? It is a long standing company but very very small. I want to break into surgical sales but want to get paid.

Do you really love money that much to deal with arrogant surgeons? Have at it. You are in for a world of hurt. And the companies promoting these products are beyond unethical. They over charge, have unrealistic goals, and will take advantage of you, base salary or 100 percent commission.

If you are naive though, have a crack at it. Maybe you can retire early.

Do you want know a better way?
Find a job with lots of autonomy, and then sell well, get results and start a side business that can really net you some good coin with less headaches.
