10-pill vouchers





























Hey Pricara reps. I am sick and tired of working my ass off and trying to convince a Dr to use Nucynta CII instead of CIII's my drs have never written a CII and many don't even have a triplicate script pad. If I have 12 mos history and they never write this class of drug why I am being forced to make them? Its illegal primary care does not write this in TX! I have no potential. Hey Dom S if we want me to to sell this how bout giving me an audience that treat mod to severe pain and are willing to use it. ie. Podiatrist's hell we got a buniunectyomy study duh! I fucking hate this company! and jackasses don't say leave and find sometihing I want my fucking severance after 15 years so fuck off!

We utilize a resource, drive prescribing habits, increase providers rxing Nucynta, track McKesson reports, are "motivated" working-hard and planning on a nice Q1 Payout and the company takes the money right out of your wallet! How do they have the balls and ethics to make this retroactive to Jan. 1? It is borderline illegal! The quarter is already 2/3 over!The 2011 Incentive Comp Plan book states "vouchers included in 2011 comp". It doesn't state the percentage to which they would count and our managers have told us a voucher= a rx! The right thing would be to allow the Jan. and Feb. voucher rx's to count 1 for 1 and then March and beyond 5 for 1. I don't know about you but I am sure there are going to be alot of angry reps from the South East as they leveraged a tool given to them by the brand team. If the company doesn't want to pay 1 for 1 on these why did they ship the allocations? Didn't they see the writing on the wall and track McKesson reports out of the gate? So sad the sales force pays for a mistakes the brand and comp. teams make! They should be held accountable for this...not us! Pay us the money we've worked to earn and do the right thing. I am not proud to work for Johnson & Johnson at the moment!!!!
 




It seems like the company prefers to keep their sales force in a state of negativity. A motivated person who feels they are being treated ethically is a much more productive employee who enjoys making a difference in the lives of patients everyday. Those folks who were doing well with proper voucher use are probably motivated, at this point, to check a box and head on home. This is going to cost the company more than the payout would've been had they paid out like they had promised. One poster commented about the vouchers were published in the comp plan book. Sounds like my management team. So naive. Upper management and comp change the comp plan at will, every quarter. The comp plans, when published are laughable. They mean nothing! It was nice that the company changed Q4 quotas but not so nice that they have taken away the value of a resource we've been forced to leverage everyday now for 10 weeks. That's a lot of work for nothing. Whatever good was done for Q4 has been doubly negated for this Q1 voucher debacle. It's too bad that many good sales people can no longer trust anything that comes out of brand,comp and of course the RBD and DM leadership. It's interesting that this thread has been going since early February but my manager just gets word about this yesterday. Really? Unbelieveble!

Where and whom did you get your information that the vouchers are 5 to 1? This has not been a formal national announcement! Can someone please verify for the rest of us!

Southern state pain rep here. Got the info from manager on an area conf call. Your manager is probably too embarrassed to tell you. He/she should be embarrassed.
 




Yes conference calls and e-mails are where this communication is coming from. If you haven't heard or seen this info. yet then just wait until next week if your manager has the balls to tell you. Of course he/she will "spin it" and say how great it is the company is paying 20% of a script with vouchers and hasn't taken them out of compensation entirely. Wow...really? Yes we're all "thankful" indeed...not!
