I was with Forest for a short time after a decade at another ( significantly better run company) pharma company.  The company culture at Forest was really bad.  Even to this day I have no idea what the managers do besides approving expense reports, check call attainment and sample % averages. They seemed so immature.  Their approach is certainly unique in pharma.  The good old days of pharma are long gone.  There was a day when this industry was a good path. Forest, in my experience, was a crazy house.  Partners were fully paranoid, manager was a neurotic nut and upper management acted as if they had all had lobotomies.  Fun to talk about now but I am so glad I am not in the Forest sanatorium any longer. This president's club winner did the most sane thing she could do. Even my short time with Forest was way too long.  I will always tell anyone who is thinking of working for Forest to run away from Forest as fast as possible.

The managers I knew here were the worst of the worst.  A significant portion of the ones I dealt with were below average in intelligence and above average in narcissism.
