Your all wrong... you should tailor your interview to the audience you are in front of. Kinda like a Dr. that likes low cut shirts, you would not go in with a turtle neck on.
If a manager is interested in more behavior type questions then you go in that direction. Ie, how you were a mentor, helped with the team, or were good at opening access to a closed account.
If a manager or anyone your interviewing with for that matter has more analytic type questions then thats someone you can share your previous numbers with, and then leverage how you got there, and show a plan.
If you went into an interview thinking Im going to tell them this or that your a moron...
As with any potential buyer you let your customer lead the conversation...
