I completely agree, JJ is among the best in the industry. He is all about getting things done correctly and he knows how to treat people properly.

You must be referring to the 125K shares awarded to the corporate communications executive. The term corporate communications executive seems to be an oxymoron. I've only heard of corporate communications people being manager level at best.
