$1,000 cash price foam. Plans that cover it are few and they require a step edit and a PA on every one.

Out of all the choices this is it? It’s a 5 year agreement. Everything was disclosed.

It’s a foam or cream for $1,000 cash price. You can Google and see for yourself. You can see also for yourself not many plans cover it. If they do it requires a PA and a step edit or 2.

I’m glad the good reps left when they could.

I don’t work for Kowa so you don’t have to worry. I got out when I heard it was a foam they are going to sale to PCPs… everyone’s territory are huge now and the pay is the lowest in the industry. Combined that with a micro manager… enjoy…

I can hear now JM saying “it works” and my manager saying “it saves lives” about the over the counter foam.

Wait why is your English so bad?

Because it’s just a foam copromote. You must be one of the original Livalo Kowa reps that is near retirement and just collecting a check. Never tried to apply for thousands of other positions that pay double and have a better product.
And yet here you are a loser that can’t move on and so scorned you must return like a little meth addict to your only source of pleasure - negativity. Now, feel free to proceed to call me old, stuck in a job, etc etc as I know you will because it is just what you do. Fire away!

Your English is bad because you’re mad about the cream?? lol okayy you sound like a scorned ex employee. Move on.

You sound hostile. Did I touch a nerve? Anyway it’s a foam. If that’s the best they can sale to PCPs out of everything then that’s the leadership decision. Just like Seglentis. Look how that went.

Did I hit a nerve? You sound hostile. The product is still a Foam. Again it’s a leadership problem. Just like Seglentis. But you continue to be loyal to Kowa because they are “family”… enjoy that low salary and bigger territory.

At least this drug has (some)coverage. Remember there was a time when Kowa brought a product to market and thought managed care plans would cover it simply because doctors wrote for it. Hopefully the other company that has skin in the game with this foam product actually has a managed care team working on agreements and reimbursement with more insurance companies. At least that is my hope. . .

That time was Seglentis. JM is responsible for that terrible launch. They ended it a year later after harassing doctors, having no co-pay cards work, pharmacy’s not carrying it, gaslighting reps, no managed care team, no marketing. Etc.

Why do you keep saying “sale” instead of “sell” I don’t care what point you’re trying to make but can you please use proper grammar while doing it. Atleast sound smart when you’re trying to make a point!

I am your Arcutis Master and you will do as you are told! Now, bend the knee, kiss the ring and get us some PCP scripts because I need Thousand Oaks to give me a company car. Get to selling! Close hard!

There is an assumption here there were other choices. I am almost certain there were not. It will be challenging, as was Seglentis, how did that turn out? When you compare it to the other brands you are competing with online it looks good, both from an efficacy and AWP standpoint. Above average reps who should be working somewhere else, could start to develop some advocates and build this like many did with Livalo. Of course, I don't work at Kowa anymore and stop in to remind myself what horrible leadership really looks like. I still have friends there and hope all of you the best, but anyone staying around is close to retirement or not able to leave. The grass "is" greener anywhere else and as a manager I would have never said that about any company I have worked for but this one. When Kowa cleans house in Montgomery this place has a chance until then Hope Mr. Miwa keeps pouring money into this absolute clownshow.
