Correct. I spoke with my DM this morning. All systems are a go. He assured my whole team that leadership had our best interests in mind and will be business as usual.

He does? Why hasn’t he come out and said what the extent of the additional label he is applying for? And the FDA said not to tell anyone about Adcom? Shady business going on. The company is tanking.
I don’t understand why this would affect the reps that have been here for 1 yr with the original expansion? If anything- wouldn’t it affect the recent new hires?
Yeah, don’t work. Adcom approval rate around 80%. Every epa trial has been successful. It’s moronic to think that we aren’t going to work. MAYBE they delay the start date on the expansion — but I doubt it. Same chances on approval as they were a week ago. Just a different route. Quit freaking out.
Manager here. You will be let go if you were part of the original expansion. All of you were hired based on Reduce it.

The confidence that it will be approved is still there. No one is getting let go. If the label expansion doesn’t happen, then the sales force will be trimmed.

Some of you are dumb. The label expansion will just be delayed. It’s business as usual. Sales are already sky rocketing. Why would anyone think we would stop?
