What has happened to NNI? How much are we spending on consultants to tell leadership what they already know? The money would be better spent negotiating managed care contracts! What a bunch of fools.

Taken straight from their website: What percentage of people know the brand strategy? How aligned are people on the target patient? How often is a customer behavioral change agreed at the end of the call? The data collected is inaccurate if the reps know what Stem is looking for ahead of time.

Just heard about people being selected for ride-alongs by interviewers. What did we hire consultants to do this time. What the hell are they asking? Do you feel loved, warm and cuddly? Or is it just another way for leadership to blame the field for shitty numbers.
