Can someone please tell me the grade hierarchy for R&D data science positions, I was offered grade 6, is this senior? And what is the expected compensation for that grade, I think I was lowballed big time.

I submitted my application for Senior Project Manager beginning of April, was contacted or a HireView video interview beginning of May and completed it a week ago. I was told someone would contact me, but have heard nothing back from the recruiters? Is this typical?
