Hate to say this but the future of the nephrology division is going to be in a serious crisis now that all these other companies are starting to pick off our sales force one by one for more money. Do you think Otsuka will pay to keep its Salesforce ?
Currently in interview process for this position. According to various random posts on this site it seems that current AMs believe that 1.) Otsuka invests WAY too many resources in these reps, 2.) they generally tend to be a disaster, and 3.) will often times jump ship after a few years.
