Severance

Does anyone know what the severance is for years worked? Or can this be found in sharepoint?
Search for the policy on AskHR, its based on pay grade for the for a set minimum of weeks pay regardless of years of service to a max of 26 or 52 weeks depending on years of service and pay grade. The calculation is 2 weeks pay for every year of service.

This is true. The severance document was updated on March 1. Does anyone know if NnI will cover health insurance and pay for the remaining paid holidays?
Generally you would have Cobra coverage paid for the duration of your severance package. Negatory on the holidays.

But why are we talking about severance? Is there inside info on cuts tomorrow?

If you all think there’s any reason in hell for 5-6 reps and 1-2 educators in every territory and that this severance information isn’t important for at least half of you, you’re delusional

If you work at novo go and review it.
Looks to have a few changes. If you work here simply get it from AskHR site. Don’t ask questions here you can answer yourself. The biggest change is a boost to a minimum or 26wks for pay band 10 and above. Think that’s like senior DBM and above. 2 weeks per year of service with a minimum of 12 wks paid. And they say no bonus is included in severance. I believe it used to be.

Just to clarify. If I work for 2 years and my partner 6 years, we get the same severance?

Severance is the worst in the industry. Many people with tenure at the organization are waiting for severance to leave, but if you are here for 15 years and you get 30 weeks, it may seem like a lot. But good luck finding a job when your colleagues are on the street with you. It may take more than that to get a job unfortunately. If a job comes along that is worthwhile, what’s holding you here? Stock is depressed, micromanaging (more to come), no challenges, checking boxes, etc….Cush gig, but if you need income, I think it’s time to start brushing up the resume.

Just hired someone to redo my resume.
