Milestone Hiring for CARDAMYST

Currently involved in this interview process as they move towards a June launch. Is this just another tricky biotech that’s going to have next to the manage care coverage or is this honestly a worthwhile venture especially in this modern pharmaceutical environment. Curious what everyone thinks about this potential opportunity.

Same here. I've reviewed the molecule on their website and it looks legit. I can sell it, even with step throughs. My questions are more about why a contract sales force? Do they not have faith in their PDUFA or not in their ability to drive revenue? Seems to me that all the risks are on me and not them? Let's say it fails. I'll get 2 weeks severance I think (at least that's what I can gather so far). Let's say it succeeds. I am not a Milestone employee and even they bring me over, it seems I lost out of the equity award while the price is low.

What am I missing?
