hi, i am a candidate for aobesity specialist. i am wondering what the culture is like at lilly. can anyone describe it for me? i have no knowledge about obesity except that it is a problem in africa. will the lilly training teams make me an specialist? how long will that take! being an obesity specilist, can i bring in donuts and sugary-snacks for the patents and doctor teams? i really want this job? what can i do to sepparhate myself from the other potential teammates. thank you for helping me become a teammember.
 








































It has gotten immeasurably better since 12/31/24 when Laura Viaches was bounced out. I guess her plan to implement her personal woke agenda backfired on her. I’m sure that the hiring lawsuit against Lilly scared leadership into the reorganization.

Sadly, she’s likely to impose that on some other poor unsuspecting group in the industry. If you know where she went, those folks deserve to be warned.

Maybe she has joined a far left political org with like-minded whackos.

Not sure if this applies but Lilly has been sued for illegal and discriminatory hiring practices based on age over the past 2-3 years. Based on this information, there needs to be an ERG for employees over 40 who want to start and progress their careers at Lilly. I can't recall Lilly being sued for not hiring or promoting women, african americans, the disabled, LGBTQ, latinos etc, but ERGs exist for them.
