Patient Access Liaison Positions

Why have some of these positions been posted for months? I applied to one of these positions since I had years of rare disease access and reimbursement experience and I got a ”thanks but no thanks” reply right away. Do you need to be an RN to even get an interview for one of these roles?

Being an RN would certainly help. Also, being a current Amgen employee would at least get you an interview. These jobs are highly coveted and many current Amgen employees think the RDBU is the place to be - you’ll be against many internals.

Fake postings. The jobs exist, but we need to pad the metrics, so we will receive lots of applicants, but these have already been un-officially filled with didn't earn it hires. Every single one. Wait and see.
