Hotel was excellent except for the elevator logistics- not much can be done with such a big group.

Meeting was depressing if you’re on Team Tepezza. Anyone who has rare disease talent is looking to jump ship. Best of luck Tad! What a sleaze.

JW means well, I think they all do. I had numerous conversations with some of the trainers and this was pushed on them from TAD. There were against it as much as we were, and they were not a fan of how much content was CRAMMED in and down our throats. This was ALL TAD.
The Tepezza team left that meeting defeated! Not one person I talked to was motivated, very sad!
 








TEPEZZA PAL here. Wish i had more time with my matrix partners to actually business plan and not play trivial pursuit in workshop 4 with who does what role. We are all adults here. No need for game playing. That’s 90 minutes I could’ve spent getting a patient started on therapy! Who created workshop 4?

Boo hoo! The originals who launched Tepezza and made it the 2nd most successful rare disease launch in history were all let go and unemployed and lost homes. I don't wAnt to hear from the young people who took our jobs because you were "cheaper to keep", complain about Amgen. Be glad you have a paycheck, even if it is 5x lower than Horizon. Y'all didn't lose your homes.

but that's not our job - our job is to see docs and persuade them to use Amgen products - it's not to call on dead ZS targets, spend 3x a week on TEAMs calls, sit around Starbucks with my "cross functional" or "matrix" partners and strategize and do community walks so I can post adjectives about how I serve patients all over LinkedIn. Back in your cube cuckie and try to learn what we do.

The fact we wasted 2 full days ro get there and back due to it being in CA was not a smart choice/no direct flights either for most. I was shocked that we didn’t have any district time to really discuss anything. It was like a primary call meeting to show us everything and tell us everything we already knew. The breakouts were a waste of time. The only parts that were worth having the meeting for were all of the general sessions. We should have just gone to general sessions for 3 days straight, and we would have learned more. The breakouts were just a chance to let the chosen ones practice as part of the management development programs.

If you dbags we’re making what you claim to have made, there should be no reason you lost your home. Quit living outside your means, admit to yourself and your spouse you are a drug rep at the end of the day and quit trying to keep up with the Joneses.

Not trying to keep up with the Joneses, I live well within my means with no debt. $400k as a “drug rep” is pretty good IMO.
