I definitely couldn’t work as hard as I do now with an electric, but if they force me to take one, I just won’t work as hard. I couldn’t. The mileage vs charging time wouldn’t allow it. But whatever. If they want me to sit around at charging stations I just won’t go as many miles.

Well sort of. My ABL taught me well on how to beat the system. Make a call and then go hang out at Starbucks having team meetings.
My mileage and sales speak for themselves. My territory absolutely could not be worked the way I’m doing it now in an electric car. But if Novartis gives me the choice of buying them a car or dialing back my effort a bit, I’ll dial it back.

This kind of stupid drivel is posted by someone in home office. Not one person who has ever sold one unit of Leqvio thinks this stuff sells itself. Buy and bill is not pharma. Territories do not float along. Buy and bill makes it very obvious who can sell- if you want to see it. Not so much if you allow people to hide behind team goals. But yeah, take away our ability to get as many places, refuse to pay us for success, and whine about accountability on every call.
Just make sure your sign in sheets are compliant son. Save all the other illusions.
This Company is a big Pharma machine. The above comment may not be totally true in a literal sense however it does represent how the large programmable machine here operates. Basically don’t stick your hand in the machine to try to stop it or your hand will be cut off. If you choose to work here, just love the machine and accept it cause it can’t and won’t be reprogrammed or shut off.
Which is exactly why they’ve failed at buy and bill.
