ABDs are completely useless. They need to be removed. Once that’s done and our comp plan gets fixed, Hologic will be a better place to work.
 


















Heard many many many former reps and employees have taken legal action after leaving. Hologic played fast and loose with labor laws and is now paying for this in lawsuits and legal fees. Call the biggest, dirtiest employment law firm you can find and ask if they take cases on contingency. Won’t cost you a dime to go after them.

That’s why you need to contact the big dirty law firms. They have any number of angles to pursue: overtime and wage violations, ADA violations/protected class violations, harassment, the list goes on.

Companies like hologic don’t like to litigate and almost always settle fairly quickly. A good lawyer gets their fee directly from the company, and the employee keeps their portion. It’s a win win except for hologic, but they screwed so many people it shouldn’t make anyone feel bad to go after them. Costs you nothing.
 






An analyst on the earnings call asked Steve about the BSH sales comp changes and Steve gave a total non-answer. Our situation feels hopeless and the smart money is bailing. The ivory tower has given no indication they will reverse course so the smart sellers are bailing. RIP BSH.
