Why would someone leave PP?

Totally territory dependent. Decent managed care in some. Awful in others. Fill rates in the 20% range. Reps constantly apologizing to doctors for the pts not getting their meds.

Some territory have to relay on failed therapy for there pts to get approved which is difficult

The product is outstanding. Pull through is challenging in some areas. Many reps leaving. Managers leaving.
Ask anyone who has left and they will tell you why. Attrition will continue until management acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the horrendous managed care coverage of this product. Horrible organization.

They don’t, that’s why we have a revolving door of openings
Is management the least bit concerned about the constant openings? A companies reputation is a reflection of it’s culture. It’s costly to onboard a new rep. That’s wasted money that affects the bottom line. Unless they don’t care about anything.

RBD's are good. The good ol boy network at the natnl sales director and above...the cronyism is blatant and obvious. They are waiting for the cash out when the company sells.

I think it’s fair to say we all need to be reasonable with our expectations when reading posts on here due to the fact that a lot of nonsense can exist on these threads. Unfortunately, this particular thread isn’t nonsense. If considering this organization for employment, really do your due diligence. For some, it may be fine. For others, not so much. The raised concerns are legit.

It’s a disaster. Hoping that there will be some sort of layoff soon as I would prefer to collect unemployment rather than work here.

How do you suggest we fix what you refer to as a disaster? I do not want a layoff. The product is excellent and something to be proud of. Payers do not want to pay for anything. Not even a medicine that saves lives and limbs.

The drug is incredible. How do the issues get fixed? Upper leadership needs to recognize the barriers and offer the right support. Upper leadership needs to apply some integrity and accountability.
Likely won’t happen. Blame is their game.

Yes, the reps are accountable for everything. If they miss quota, they are eventually dismissed. The managers have no accountability and just blame reps for lack of performance which is the worst things leadership could ever do. This is one of the several reasons why this conpany is so toxic and dysfunctional! There is absolutely no consequence for the executive directors and above for lack of performance, even though they are the biggest part of the problem! They just love to dole out the pips!!
