Interview the DMs and find the ones that actually work. Maybe ones that will make a few calls of their own, without asking for a breakfast or lunch to be scheduled for them.

How long can a Salesforce survive with 1 product ? Max 2 years.
Look at Psoriasis, no Growth, we flatlined after 9 months. Not profitable and kicked to the curb by Roivant.
 






New hires being brought in at $160 plus. ( not from Derm)
Existing reps around $140. No Cost of Living or merit increases 2024.
Christmas to New Years must use vacation time or work.
Micro managed worse than big Pharma . Mandatory signatures and sampling.
Sales force screwed on vacation time and sick time compared to everyone else.

Starting my new position in September. Best of luck friends. I had it, never worked so hard for so little.
What new reps were brought in at 160k? I know several new reps that fairly new and one with over 15 years in derm and pclubs and I’m not close to that. Maybe the cute young reps are getting that lol but some of us proven experienced newbies that are old timers (anyone over 45) not so much. I have never been micromanaged so much in my long career The mentality is worse than a college grad primary care rep and feels like kindergarten and many are already looking. It’s been awful so far and worst in my career.

Great drug but they don’t appear to know business acumen for “true sales” Checking boxes isn’t sales…allow reps autonomy and the ability to do their job without breathing down their necks. Provide merit increases for the reps that have been here and have kept the lights on and equitably too. If not, yikes definitely wouldn’t recommend joining bc you spend more time checking boxes than selling.

Hopefully it will get better. If not, hopefully other options will open for everyone.

Everyone get the info on their options? Unless your shares are less than $1.17 each, you get nothing. and even that only after RVT and their creditors get first. Good job TZ.

So likely never getting $ considering leadership is still running company into ground. ORG couldn’t be worse match.
