Hi,
I just want to start by saying this thread list is nice but I want to get candid feedback from current employees.
there has been quite a few VPs hired over the last 6 months. I have noticed the quality of the hires experience and/or level of intellect or relevance to the industry seems to be lacking. I know Baxter is not the best company to pick from if you are sought after talent with options to pick from but without calling out names - I have come across quite a lot of VPs (new ones) that are simply more of a director type. Is HR and senior leadership just picking people who are desperate and do not demand a lot of salary? Problem I see is these very VPs are tail end of their career and making bad decisions or just piling on to the lack of discipline or process improvement. They are just saying yes to their leaders and not challenging status quo.
