You are just now getting that? I bet you ran out and got the COVID shot too. If there is anyone out there that thinks this is some kind of moral obligation to patients, farmers, and consumers, to operate more effectively and efficiently to serve them, I have some ocean front property in Arizona to sell you. This is 1000% driven for shareholders and is smoke and mirrors. You sheeple really need to open your eyes. So thankful I have moved on.

I have been through so many reorganizations and restructuring but this was absolutely different. If looked different and felt different. They brought everyone outside their inner circle to a very dark place, killed the culture and morale. It was never about the patient or farmer it was about their wallets and bank accounts. They can have it because I’ve moved on to a better place that appreciates and values me. Bayer is not the place I remember it’s a toxic work culture managed by manipulative dictators
 






Well said and let’s STOP trying to teach us on what DSO is and sell us on it. How about get out of our way so we can do our jobs and make it about the patient again. Let’s stop advertising on LinkedIn Bill this new model so you can sell this shit stow elsewhere when they fire you here. And let’s bring it back to what you originally said- make it about the patient. All these calls, meetings and unnecessary time you are taking to convince us this stupid model is good and works, is ruining our products and credibility. Get over it and on with it!
 






Agree...and DSO feels like "code" for what the managers were really doing this week in NJ...which is figuring out what territories need to be eliminated. We were not born yesterday!

They had ANOTHER managers meeting? What is that like thr 5th nice since January? Jeez you’d think they were running the country. Let’s get on with it leadership and how many jobs do we need to eliminate now with all the extra money we all these meeting we have to keep
Paying to fly you to, feed you and stay in hotels. It’s getting a bit much!

He has ruined this company and made Bayer a mockery within our industry. Good luck getting people to fill these vacancies and good luck retaining your talent. You can sit in your ivory tower and fluff your c suites salaries however someone has to keep them lights on. When we are all gone- you’ll be left with nothing. Great job running us to the ground!
