Not sure what business you are working for. But we are severely understaffedAI was right we will see those damn s*** shares coming down 25$…
Great for employees who will get their RSUs at 23$ in march!!!
Anyway despite all cuts there is still too much fat and too many highly compensated people paid for walking the dog and read the news all day long…
Baxter needs an Elon who sacks 90% of the monkeys and maybe this once upon a time great company gets somewhere…
Maybe too many manual and cumbersome processes still or simply over staffed from a management perspective and understaffed from a doers perspective… surely Baxter will have to go under diet once vantive goes and while the pipeline continues to be empty… the very funny thing really is that this split will incur more operational expenses for the 2 companies as suppliers will deal with 2 customers and increase prices… also once vantive (if they can afford it) moves out of Baxter warehouses and locations it will trigger significant expenses to relocate, restructure or outsource… curious to see how all that will work…Not sure what business you are working for. It won't work lets be honest hereMaybe too many manual and cumbersome processes still or simply over staffed from a management perspective and understaffed from a doers perspective… surely Baxter will have to go under diet once vantive goes and while the pipeline continues to be empty… the very funny thing really is that this split will incur more operational expenses for the 2 companies as suppliers will deal with 2 customers and increase prices… also once vantive (if they can afford it) moves out of Baxter warehouses and locations it will trigger significant expenses to relocate, restructure or outsource… curious to see how all that will work…
Great quote! Joe is so convinced to stay around that he has sent all the quarterly invites for 2025 so all employees can watch his muppet show!Joe will hire McKinsey to look at how we can cope with these costs, like heather engaged mckinsey to see how we could manufacture Novum more cost effectively can anyone see the irony here ? Mckinsey advised on the new GBU / GEM structure thats worked out well !!!!
December sales are trending terrible Q4 will be a write off , shares will be shorted, more people will lose their roles, and Joe stays to play the music as the TITANIC sinks ......
I overheard Ceclia say the other day " Joe is the worst CEO i have ever worked for" and yet she flirts like crazy with him to survive.
We have VPS reporting to her and she reports to President , can anyone see the waste here ? We have more Presidents than the Smithsonian.
Heather hates Alok, Reaz is a laughing stock, Piero continues to fly around the world cutting ribbons and addressing townhalls but delivers ZERO value.
Why does ANZ and japan have General managers and the USA , Europe does not ? we are so lost as an organisation its funny i watch the value of shares tank everyday and no one has any answers.i will work unitl Labor day 25 then cash in all my shares and tell Joe what i really think of his arrogant incompetent leadership
Definitely, been with the company a long time and morale is definitely in the shitter. Bring on the severance package!!!Q: What is the only thing lower than Baxter's share price?
A: Employee morale.
B. Your ballsQ: What is the only thing lower than Baxter's share price?

This is game over for baxter… it will never recover… i still wonder how people can still join that dumpster when i see those crappy posts from TA o comms on LinkedIn… you should be desperate to get a Job at a company like this…OR....Maybe just maybe it's simply not enough staffing, funding for operational budgets and R&D spending is a JOKE which leads to ZERO innovation or future pipeline? Now I hear that we are about to let go of a bunch of people and decrease budgets further. All because Joe and the Board made some terrible decisions with no consequences.
Joey will go at some stage but not before je fucked it up completely… nothing to hope here but get your severance if you can and move on… otherwise wait for the house of cards to come down…It's just really sad. Paid Billions $$$ too much for Hillrom and sold Renal for Billions less than it's value. Something sinister is happening here. Joe has got to go!
Remember… this was initially going to be quoted on the stock exchange… but hey by the way who a heck will invest in a company with 40+ years old technology and not a single thing in the pipe… a lot of people overpaid because inherited from the parent company and margins soaring all over the place …sold renal for far less than market value to his old friends at Carlyle - how is this not a shareholder lawsuit already - sweetheart deal to his old buddies on our dime?!?
The problem with Baxter is that all processes and policies are cumbersome… I remember an acquisition of a small company in France that was damn profitable on the nutrition business… informed people would know the name… funny enough Baxter bought the business and implement its policies and crap processes and overhead organization and made it completely unprofitable…Same deal with Baxter products, i mean is the board asleep ? why do we keep compounding, $ 1 b revenue per annum $50 mil profit , shit margin, labour intense crap business. Alok uses it to prop up sales when reporting no one will buy this loss making unit so Alok lies about it to the board at best it is 5% OI.
