Employees are fed up with work environment







People people. Please stop bellyaching. Take it from me, there are many better options out there. Working for LCA is truly the worst. They will use you as long as they need you then spit you out. This is not a disgruntled ex employee. Just speaking the truth. Trust me, go spread your wings and be appreciated and earn what you are truly worth.
 






My video interview told me all I needed to know. I was prepared, smartly dressed, logged on several minutes before the interview started. What I got was a casually dressed manager chatting while he was driving then he decided to turn off the video. How disrespectful. If this is a glimpse of what it’s like working for Labcorp, I’ll take a pass. I will never put my life in danger by attending meetings while driving.
 






Just ask the people that were laid off right before Christmas. LCA is an terrible place to work. Stock price over care and employees. That is the name of the game when you are publicly traded company. The government should make a law that all healthcare companies must be private companies. Public companies allow doctors to own stock and therefore creates conflicts when choosing a lab. There are laws banning doctors from owning private labs, but LCA can basically payoff/kickback to doctors with dividends because they are publicly traded. This is why the US health system costs so much. I
