TZ is such a terrible leader. It all starts at the top, and his insecurities are too obvious. He completely ignores the male reps and is seeking to fit in a circle of ass kissing female chat circles, almost like he’s trying too hard to fit in. Honestly, it feels like he’s compensating for something small under the hood . It’s embarrassing to watch.

His conversations with women seem to be motivated by a need to boost his own ego, possibly stemming from his ex-wife leaving him. He constantly boasts about his possessions, like his swimming pool and luxury car, and even his own son appears embarrassed by him. I regret having supported him; our stocks are essentially worthless. TZ will take his share and walk away. In my 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I have never encountered a worse leader.

Don’t disagree with the TZ comments. Will things improve under Organon? Will the AD launch be great? Will everyone make a ton of money? I feel like this drug is cursed and I’m tired of making way less than I ever expected here

Anyone ever work for a generics company? Because you do now. RVT screwed us for anyone who hasn’t faced reality. Only they and creditors get paid in this shitty fire sale. ALL our options are worth nothing.

Generics companies do not spend any money - at all. And Organon is already in massive debt. Merck used them as an excuse to toss off a ton of debt and people they wanted to get rid of. Now we work for a company that does not even do speaker programs and is trying to make VTAMA fit into women’s health.

You hear KA on town hall - cut budgets, restructuring, etc. and that DMVT deal was “spreadsheet friendly”. Meaning RVT dumped it for a dime.

VTAMA has a ton of potential in AD. Organon may be less toxic than Dermavant but definitely no better. I don’t see them doing anything with it.
