This wasn’t brought up at the manager meetings but when he has calls with us his reflex being from big Pharma is PIP’s or action plans to change behaviors so that numbers might get better.

PIP’s and AP’s are excellent ways to get lazy reps to work! We know you guys only “work” a couple of hours a day, so a PIP will put the fear of God into you to hit the road and maybe work a full day! You should welcome field days so that you can tap into our knowledge base of skills to perform better. After all, we are managers for a reason!

Well you are true but nothing will motivate us to do that. Including Andy hiring one of his cronies from AZ.
