My life entirely. I now just go through the motions, faking everything. I used to really care about my business but we don't collect the SP data any more to begin with and all that my RSD cares about is "execution" and sucking up to her. He was really our only hope and he's sold out entirely. Sad. Never thought he would do it.
 




We know it can be discouraging when you realize that your job can be done by anyone with a high school equivalency certificate. Please continue working hard. Our success is driven by the field.

If the Act 3s are leaving who will manage the P/L, draft the brand strategies, forecast gross and net revenue, and manage safety during trials? We’re in trouble.

ACT 3 is not sales performance. It's "acting". When you get to level 3, you are skilled at acting like you have cross regional, cross matrix, cross cultural and cross district influence. The whole thing is an ACT. Get that in your thick Celgene skulls. We bought your asses over 5 years ago and we own you. Performance here is meaningless. Acting is invaluable.

You need to get this in your thick Otela skull. At Amgen, we are about image. Not substance.

You think Ian and Murdo are whipping their derm girls asses in sales and marketing over substance (sales)? Open your eyes. They are whipping them over execution.

The sooner you realize it's all about your image and the advocacy you build, the better off you will be. We haven't been about performance in over 20 years. We don't even buy the data needed to track you honestly.

Now, go cry in the corner about the good ole days at Celgene but at some point you need to come around to the fact that you work for Amgen now and you need to start acting. It's what's rewarded here.
 




soon, the Celgene gene will be purged entirely...every time one of you leaves, we will replace you with a true believer....one honed in the Thousand Oaks methods of curating the KPI reports...just watch....you will be erased....
 




What does it say that you clowns had to go outside the company twice in a row to fill Denver? Outside the company to fill a derm spot.

At every other company in the universe with a derm division, the line would be 100 deep.

Seems somebody knows something.

The Otezla funnel isn't the only thing leaky.
