You still dont get how this works? Syneos bills the customer for the teams I/C. The customer may have 90 days or more to pay, called payment terms. While Syneos is waiting to be paid, they aint paying you. They will not advance the cash for IC because they aint got it. So you and ypur colleagues are basically making both Syneos and the customer an interest free loan. Great company huh?
