Mohito, looks like Dave is setting you up to be the next chatrick? You are running out of people to replace before Dave tosses you to the curb! None of your hires seem to be able to the grade. Maybe Dave will send you back to Asia? Cause you don’t seem to grasp the US marketplace.

That he hasn’t replaced certain leaders on his team is the reason he is likely to be replaced. His downfall is his own fault.
 








Seen some really bad stuff go down while Chatrick was leading the org. What goes around comes around. Mohit is 1000x better than Chatrick.

He pretended not to see the stuff Chatrick let happen with Diep. When he did open his eyes it was too late. She was in a position to use this against the organization.

Sounds like Diep or one of her lackey managers are considering retaliation. Another example of how terrible and under qualified she and the manager team she put in place are.

That is a pretty low bar. He may be more personable but his judgement is pretty questionnable as evidenced by several bad hires and an primary care like obsession with metrics. Nice guy but he just doesn't seem to understand how to motivate or lead a US based oncology sales organization.

doubt that you’re important enough assess the mess Chatrick left behind even though that’s what you’re here doing. said mess has been allowed to fester for way too long and it continues to make lung the worst place to be in the entire obu, no matter where it gets realigned to.

and to be clear, as everyone with a pulse knows, the mess = diep.
