A lot of companies are out there right now trying to lure some of the best talent away from this organization. Really great opportunities... The current environment is purposefully anxiety-producing it would seem. Are you ready to let great talent walk? We're the best out there. You worked hard to get us here.

Alnylam, are you going to make the most tenured and experienced people on your team feel comfortable that there's a real likelihood for new responsibilities? Or are you going to remain silent while we seek these opportunities and riches elsewhere?

The choice is yours. Be careful.
 




I mean, if the opportunities are great and another company is actually putting an attractive offer in front of you why wouldn’t you just take it? Or do you just think you deserve a promotion and Alnylam clearly disagrees and hasn’t given you one? Perhaps you were passed up for something before and you didn’t take the hint?
