As if this is the problem with Leqvio. Is this mantra company wide? We all get it, the doctors get it, it’s in addition to a statin 90% of the time. Do “they” really believe that painting that ASCVD patient is the magic bullet?

Not the problem at all. Problem is the company does not understand account based selling or buy and bill and is focused on provider based metrics and pharma style sales. Main problem is they aren’t incentivizing success and opening new accounts.
