I usually only care about myself, but I feel sorry for those clowns. First, they seem to be a collection of Galderma and Medicis seamsters from about 15 years ago, bolted together with some Novartan activity masters. They came out full of vigor but now they just phone it in. I see their lunches delivered, but they don't show up. I actually look for Sotykty lunches and just do it as if it were my own. When I do see them, they look beaten down like they just came off a bender.

May as well save the money. They got their tails handed to them by Amgen. So many of them are phoning it in with their unlimited budget but limited access.

I want to stay with psoriasis. Been in it for over 25 years.

How is the culture with UCB? Honestly, I was never impressed with the rheumatology side back in the day, but love Bimzlex. How are you paid? Sales Goal Attainment or TRX volume? Do you get equity awards? If so, how often. What is target IC? Do you use dumbass metrics like NBRX?

How many national meetings a year.

Otherwise, I am going with Castle.

The rheum side is great so I don't know what you weren't impressed by. If you don't like how things are done here stay where you are or piss off. We don't want that BS over here and we don't care about your years of experience. We don't like asshats!

Fact check: Regionals are not in place. One of the people applying for regional is from Sotyktu. UCB isn’t full of a-holes that act like this. It’s actually a great company. This post above is from an idiot.
