Of the 100’s of companies on this site, Galderma has the worst feedback of them all. You can’t find any thread on this company not related to misery, suffering, negativity, poor leadership and complaining. This is good news though. Now you can’t say Galderma sucks at everything. At least they have the award for worlds worst aesthetics company. Anyone else out there have anything amazing to say about the current state of affairs or even the future of this company?
 




It's actually quite sad how low things have sunk here at Galderma. Pay is lousy, benefits SUCK, dumb-as-rocks management, backstabbing, jealous, nasty co-workers, empty pipeline, and Flemming! The ONLY reason to stay is if you think there is something unique about your current position that you can flip into something better elsewhere within the next 12 months.
 




Rumor has it Galderma is talking to some big players to acquire them. Think J&J, Pfizer, etc. These big companies already have a sales force and won’t need many Galderma reps as they’ll fill the roles with their own people. Fleming knows this so he can care less if you quit. It just makes the books look good when they fill your role with someone they can lay less. This is why Galderma is the works.

Big players may only be interested in nemolizumab. Definitely not cetaphil. Big pharma has divested their consumer businesses. Aesthetics is a very different business model with compliance issues larger companies don’t want to deal with.

There’s no reason to stay here. You have KH or shall we say little Napoleon at the helm who has no clue what she’s doing. Leadership is inept and nobody is motivated. This entire company should just go away. It doesn’t deserve to exist anymore. Everyone- leadership, reps, janitors need to start over at a different company. This place has already crashed and burned.
 




Interestingly enough, when you browse through other companies on cafe pharma there are none that are so focused on crucifying leadership as there is at Galderma. I couldn’t find any post that wasn’t semi related to anything other than saying how bad this place sucks. Other companies have issues but none as bad as this place. It’s as if this place is infested with STD’s. You know you can prevent them by taking precautionary measures but Galderma decides to go balls deep in the mud with their decision making. Whoever runs this place should get an award for something. Not sure what but you can bet there’s a blue ribbon award for sucking really bad at your job.

This is 100% true. I would think because of this track record it would make any potential company who would want to acquire Galderma hesitant to pay the huge price tag. You would think they would just want the products at this point in aesthetics because all the infrastructure is dead. There is no motivation to want to work hard or be committed to this place. Aesthetic reps are not making what they used too. Also what leadership does not seem to grasp is the stakes for reps. Reps have no equity. Why does leadership think that everyone is in this for the same goal? They want reps to increase activity including nights and weekends and make less money? The constant threats and such make no difference either.
 












My serious recommendation to the CEO is cut most of the reps and managers. A giant group of slugs. Clean house and bring in some fresh faces and you get talent for 1/3 the cost. Chop chop
 




Hopefully that shuts up the whiners and complainers. Everyone is tired of your attitude and really sick of looking at your plastic injectable faces. Cat ladies and guys everywhere
 




It’s painfully obvious that idiots like you who can’t even string together a grammatically correct sentence are butt hurt that you couldn’t ever get a job in aesthetics - where the real money used to be - and are bitter to be stuck in your boring lame pharma jobs.
These people you speak of are not complaining but are merely stating the sad state of affairs of what working for Galderma has devolved into. As a former employee who was lucky enough to enjoy the good times back in the day- reps used to work hard and were comped well. Those days are sadly long gone and only someone who is desperate or a masochist or would choose to work for Galderma now.
