Calling someone sick is NOT slander if the person who is writing it believes he was treated as such by that person. Know the facts not scaring anyone on here.

Your attempt at legal reasoning and understanding is pathetic. Your right to your belief ends when you engage in an action that harms or violates the other person’s character. “Believing” and “calling” someone are two very different legal premises.
