My coworker was offered a rep job here and it is a good base salary and the bonus plan sounded like it was good except I see some recent negative remarks like maybe they are non-existent. She liked the manager as well. She has another offer from a good reputable and stable pharma company but the base is lower by 10K and lower incentive plan but it is a non -sales role with travel. I’m trying to help her decide as she also a good friend. Each has its drawbacks but are better than she is making now. I’ve been in pharma for several years and have seen the good the bad and the ugly and don’t want her to make a big mistake. She was basing her decision on income potential, local territory, and the manager insisted that all his reps were doing well. (Hitting their bonuses)
What is average here? Current issues?

They don't capture all the data and "guess" where the extra weekly Rxs should go
