Why Otezla???

no idea if samples are being offered where you live, but where I live my doc gave me about 3 months worth and said that's how long it would take for him to fool the PBM that I had failed methtrate? Anyway, I went back in and he said my prescription was now approved but I couldn't get it at Walmart but some other pharmacy would mail it to me. They signed me up for zero pay for the co pay. I've been on it for over a year.

Good: my skin is almost entirely clear. Occaisonly, I'll get a bit of break through on my right elbow but for most of the time, I am all clear. Also, I don't have to go get blood work done. Also, I just take it with my breakfast and dinner, no injections,

Bad: I have the craps the first 3 or 4 days. I mean industrial strength blow out. Went away and I've never had any problems sense but be prepared. I almost lifted off the seat. Also, when my insurance changed, my doc had to go through all kinds of foolin again to convince them I had already failed methrate.

If you want a safe, easy to take pill give it a try. If you want only 4 needle jabs a year, Id go with whoever can give it to you free.

I take Otezla for my psoriasis which it seems to ok for, but the positive benefits to me are that my hair has grown full again and my dick is like adamantium sledge hammer. I recommend it.

With all of the lab tests and monitoring required of BMSs drug I have doubts Otezla will be affected much at all. There is a minor increase in efficacy but the potential side effects are a serious concern.

Why then did the FDA approve it if side effects are that concerning? Yet alone no black box warning?

Prescribing docs are ordering the lab tests anyway because of disease monitoring so not a big deal.
