The territories with the lowest volume and any newer reps hired in last 1-2 years. Those who are spared will have much bigger territories and large metro areas will only have 1-2 reps instead of 3-4. Severance is 2-3 months depending on tenure with 3 months of insurance. I hope they change their mind and give 6-12 mo severance.
