ML is the master of looking busy but not accomplishing anything. He engages just enough to be able to talk to the first level, then creates make-work for others to do. It'll be a distraction that has nothing to do with anything, send the minions off on a chase to keep them busy and validate his own self importance but nobody will stop and ask, "even if I get this, then what?" Try that with his smugness. It'll drive him batshit crazy. He hates being challenged.

Why are you so obsessed with him? Move on, boy. I think you secretly have a crush on him! Find something positive to do with your time.

maybe the obsession comes from the fact that he had a hand in ruining the lives or careers of quite a few quality people in his past lives and people are just plain tired of him always coming out smelling like a rose.
He is an evil man, and that is me being very nice!
I didn't shed a tear when he left Endo, or was asked to leave Endo and I could care less about the man but you should know the devil you are dealing with.

By the way, he lives on this site and don't be surprised if he posts anonymously himself on here.

I worked with ML at Endo and had no issues with him at all. The problem is probably with you - have you had issues with superiors in the past? You and only you will know the answer to that question. Most of the people I speak with had no problems with him here at Endo but I did heard the quality of folks at RB were subpar at best (just look at all the negative news you people have received in the past few weeks). I would worry more about your future than ML's, beleive me he will be fine.

I agree - ML is the least of our worries. Looks like we will all be out of work in a year. What a way to end - criminal investigations, bad press, sale of company, new competition, etc.... Never seen anything like this and I have been at 4 companies in 20 years.
 






I hear it...two resumes out today.

Let's see....possible sale is over, business is tainted by large settlement, and competition is growing...I ain't blind in spite of what they say...Besides this leadership will soon be "relieved" by Slough. Their opinion is worthless and baseless. This is no small or contained matter..

Agree with all this. ML is a cancer. He'll find a couple of people that he will keep very close, everybody else is there to be manipulated. Even those who are his inner circle aren't immune to being backstabbed if he finds his back against the wall. One of his long-time and most loyal co-workers was the first one he threw under the bus at Endo when things went bad.

Ask him why he hasn't moved to Richmond yet? Or when the moving vans are going to be there? How long are we going to pay his commuting expenses? And that's just the tip of his lies. Is he really in the field? Who is he really spending time with? Keep digging. He'll be 'with customers' when he should be in HQ because he's needed in his role. He'll be in HQ when there is nothing going on, schmoozing and BSing when he could be in the field. He pulled the same stuff at Endo and got away with it. I'm sure he's doing it to RB.
 



All untrue..... I've seen him busting his butt- in the field & at HQ. He's working to drive growth & innovate. What got us here won't get us to the next level......he knows that & he's changing how we approach our business. You haters need to shut it until you have something worth saying.

Let's play a game here. "He's working to drive growth and innovate." And "..he's changing how we approach our business." Sound like buzzwords taken right from The ML one-minute management book. Can you give me some examples of innovations and change he's implementing and the impact it's having?
