Moderna may seek to claw back payments to ex-CFO

Moderna said it has the right to recoup and terminate payments to its ex-CFO Jorge Gomez if it determines Gomez engaged in any wrongdoing or is required to pay a fine as a result of any investigation by his previous employer Dentsply Sirona or the Securities and Exchange Commission, according to an regulatory filing by Moderna last week.
