Worst reps and DMs that will be retained?

Who do u think is like a bad STD that DSI will never get rid of? Lazy reps? Arrogant DMs?

Certain Metro NY/NJ DM's better be let go during this layoff. There are a few with troubled pasts that better get the axe come December. It would right alot of the wrongs with this company.

The amount of animosity and hostility on these threads is unbelievable. Who honestly cares who they keep or let go? This place is poison, and it's best served to get out sooer than later. Best of luck to all.

 

The worst rep is anyone who is selling like they're still in cell phones, copiers or used cars. This is not sales, it's consulting. Learn the difference, get better fast, and work here, or there, they're all the same. It's a job, nothing more, or less.

 

So true. But unfortunately for many, the job is the single most important thing in their lives.
