Working in US Medication Delivery Commercial Operations

I am out of here @@##!!. The most inept group I have ever worked in. How this group is able to to justify their existence is beyond me. Someone at corporate will figure out the smoke screen we have created over the years to keep our jobs. I am gong to make 15% more for working less in my new job. every second person in this organization is planning to leave if they get another job. Follow me girls

Our so called leader Nancy Laue is the reason behind it. I cannot believe that she got promoted to a VP level. She may know how things work but is clueless when it comes to managing people, resources and coming up with solutions that would actually help the sales reps. Nobody is happy with the service we provide. Over 50% of what we do here is rework. Over 50% of our work is non-customer realted activuty. I know that many people will leave if they were able to get jobs in other companies. I know that someone will eventually look at us and resize our group. Finance may have started that already.
