There will be 3 waves. Expect 7-10 giving notice on Monday. Many people still waiting for managers to be hired. Others are just starting process. Most likely another 7-10 giving notice mid October and several more late October. Guessing around 20
American Regent. Raises helped in some cases, but bonuses even more limited than before, especially if you are already a high producer. Bases are still sub par when you are looking at a combo of account management, oncology and hospitals. People will keep leaving because there will always be opportunities for those with this type of experience. Leave JB alone. She was fired for insisting that turnover be addressed. MJ did her usual by shooting the messenger but capitulating.... To a degree anyway, once Jackie had left. You DONT tell MJ what she doesn't want hear without consequences.
What is the normal base for regent? What about the other divisions? I'm looking at applying to two different divisions in there, so I'm quite curious. Thanks
The normal base is low morale, coupled with low pay, crappie benefits and heaping amounts of harassment and humiliation. As for the other divisions they are highly competitive with the above. If you are looking for misery and degradation look no further your dreams will come true.
Normal hiring base was $75k. They recently have raises all around, so it should Be higher. Incentive plans are screwy. If you are interested take a good look at the plan and where your territory is ranked. They are famous for saying you should Make 10k per quarter and then switching plan so that could Never happen. Have no idea about Animal health. Heard it's a good gig
what has been the normal base average then? What did you hear about their AH division that makes it a good gig?
