MS division appears good from the outside looking in. Once here u quickly see it's a farce. Poorly run, micro mgmt, and gets destroyed by the competition.

DRA under Jorie Gatlin. She is a fucking idiot. Promoted to her next level of incompetence. She is following the Joanne Machalaba tract....another fucking idiot who has been promoted so many times to positions she has no clue how to run. They are both idiots and should both be promoted OUT THE DOOR!!!!!

    J. Reinhardt is the best (re) hire we got in the last 12 years - look at what low class people we took on board everywhere in research management / NIBR, especially in Basle top levels.

The MSBU is horrible in so many ways and upper management refuses to admit the mistakes. The sales potential lost by poor decisions and reluctant to change mentality is unbelievable. Tecfidera was an embarrassment and easily overtook Gilenya. Aubagio proved that an inferior product marketed correctly can compete with a better product marketed poorly with a leadership team who does not relate to the customers needs. An informal survey of sales would prove 70% of the sales employees would leave the MSBU if there were other jobs available and no need to return grant. Instead 70% stay and are miserable. Great way to motivate. Business leadership 101 - let an unhappy employee leave so not to negatively influence other employees.

Tecfidera will be $2 Billion in US this year. That was easy, MSBU.

Declined a position with Nov in East Hanover 2 years ago since the environment seemed toxic. I wasn't impressed with HR then and even now in my conversations with them. HR in East Hanover should be outsourced to India--it won't be better, but it wouldn't be any worse. What a bunch of near-do-wells. Outsource the internal recruiters to India as well as they are clueless. Maybe real jobs in East Hanover will be saved as a result.
