What is going on here, first we get our budgets pulled last year to make up sluggish sales numbers, then there is a hiring freeze, then we see a Neupro goal declining every month, a restructuring of the comp plan to the point where we make next to nothing, compliance breathing down the necks of reps, and now a meeting delayed another 6 months. Any ideas what coming next?
IMHO..it's a symptom of unqualified upper management with no comprehension of how to promote two medications in a heavily managed market. Oh and the brand teams are clueless. Lastly, how many useless frickin VP's are going to be hired while the sales force is left hanging??
