Just when you think morale cannot get any lower in neuro here we are. Another quarter, and the nations Nayzilam numbers are way below expectation. And whose fault is it? Of course!!! Every single sales rep we have sucks! It couldn’t be that upper management has no strategy, it couldn’t be that the majority of reps don’t make target bonus payout, and it couldn’t be that whoever does the forecasting absolutely sucks at their jobs and should be fired. Watch. We are just a few weeks or months from them doing mass PIPs or letters like they did before. Instead of being actual leaders and taking accountability for their own shortcomings. Neuro is in an RTE sending micromanagement death spiral and once the experienced reps are fired or start quitting they will truly see what it’s like to not make their forecasts. Almost everyone I know is looking elsewhere or just doesn’t care anymore. Bravo senior leadership. Hope your Belgium visit is fan-fucking-tastic next week.

They have meeting with the Veeva team to let everyone know how often you log in and number of tabs visited etc Micro Mgmt is at an all time high. Pips coming! Issues with Bkz approval has everyone on edge!
