So let me get this straight. We are starting the 3rd year with Brisdelle and we are asked to do an adds/delete process to update the target lists once again. We have been calling on pretty much the same looser doctors for two years now. We have been given the OPPORTUNITY to update this list to make a difference. Most territories have 20 to 25% docs that are dead, retired, or no sees. Once again we are to told that we can only add or delete 10% of our docs. Where is the logic here??? The rest of the docs are still dead, retired, or no sees. When will you guys wake up and let us add and delete the way it will the most sense. This is the computer age ... We do the work you press the button and we can actually make up better lists and make the most of our time in the field. Also, you said that we had to have our adds in the computer by a certain date and that they would be there for us to add. Didn't happen.....again. We will never make a difference if you don't starting doing something different. The home office is always saying "you have to try something different if you want a different outcome." Nows the time to do that!!!
Are you completely happy with your new list of targets? I would be willing to bet that 90% of reps are not.
