What has been said about these positions around the nation?

Seems like last time they put a lot of emphasis on hiring externally and there was lots of conflicting information about internal eligibility to post. Supposedly AZ RST people in some regions were told they weren't even "allowed" to apply and huge preference was given to Medi and external applicants??? Baffled as to why AZ continues to snub their own talent - - seems to be a mass exodus of really good reps leaving for other companies for this reason - - ---- same with promoting into oncology --- near impossible to do internally
 


















Managers have had some phone screens but that’s it. I heard they want managers on board before they start reaching out to reps. Current reps are at launch meeting this week so that will also delay activity.
 








































































Had a phone screen, nothing that involved...only 1 'tell me about a time' question...told to keep my eye out for email over the next few weeks for next steps. Training is 4-5 weeks, mostly home study, 1-2 in Delaware. Last time around it went the same way: HR phone screen, manager phone screen, then round robin interviews (2 interviews with 2 managers in each interview). Good luck, I do hope they make it lucrative and keep it like an internal biotech, but I do worry, current reps have approx 100 targets with 2 reps...

Same....completed the online assessment a few weeks ago. Not exactly sure about some of those questions though....how they asked that you rank what you would do first and last? All of the answers could be right depending on the specifics of a given situation. Thoughts??
