Why do you suppose the Wright reps tend to be "B" and "C" quality reps? I've yet to meet one that is polished and Type A. Stryker seems to hire the best talent. Wright has always been viewed as a third tier company going back to the medial pivot joke of a knee. They don't have the best foot implants either, just a lot of mediocre products. Ankle is nice though so I guess they have that going for them. It'll be nice to see what Depuy does with it once the purchase is final.
I agree, the reps are pretty low caliber. However, when you talk about implants and stuff like that, depuy is pretty terrible. Depuy synthes as a whole is very simplistic and antiquated related to extremities
